Founded in 1983, Bay Area Friends of Tibet is a non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. BAFoT is primarily supported by the generous contributions of its members and some foundation grants. Volunteers have always played a crucial role in BAFoT's success. Join us in our study, celebration and preservation of Tibetan culture and help us educate the public about the true situation in Tibet and assist the Tibetan people and their lands.
